101 Ways To Be Healthier

You know you can improve your routine, but do you know how much? There's so much you can do to improve your health, here's a list of 101 things you can start doing tomorrow. Some of these you'll probably know, some you probably won't. Everything is categorized so you can review this again and again until your daily routine is full of healthy habits.


Exercise

  • Stretch in the morning

  • Walk at least 20 minutes after lunch

  • Practice yoga at night

  • Stretch before and after any vigorous exercise

  • Jog/run on the weekend

  • Hike on the weekend

  • Play in a local rec league

  • Join a walking group

Nutrition

  • Think in terms of improving what you eat, not dieting

  • Eat fruit with breakfast

  • Try more nuts and seeds

  • Add more white meat instead of red meat (if you eat meat)

  • Eat fruit with lunch
